the shocks arnt justable just 30% stiffer,

been driving quite spirited down some lanes up here in carlisle today and never bottomed out once, so im quite happy with it when driving, even came off the floor a few times haha, great thing with backroads is there all 60mph hehe

i have some PU gear to stiffen the new engine mounts as mine are ROCKING haha.

Been thinking about the white and what i will do is just get the car sprayed red again in the summer mabee and see what it looks like then, and keeping my eyes out for compo's but short on cash and there rare :p.

going to get my mckrich through next week when thats fitted and hopefully a vernier ill go get it a full exhaust system :) to go with the supersprint mani
 
Ok so been driving about alot in him and hes cool! haha. does bottom out a tad more now and speedbumps need to be taken slower than standard (obviously) but i love him, handels really well.

few problems...

i cant go in automated car washes as the rail to pull you through hits the sump :-(
seems to collect dirt more! :p

but there tiny lazy ones haha.

nah smoked!! :p going to order some and some tinted rear lights, seen some for sale but the reverse light and the fog lamp are on opposite sides, now i know the law but would they really notice on a mot????
 
now i love this car, pretty much want i want to do with my little red sei abarth ;)

all ive done is a gsr kit and janspeed cat back system, and then a couple of exterior mods...

next im thinking either pgt front disks, 35mm drop springs, or a mkrich chip ;)

but lovely car man!
 
aye i have the mckcrich at home waiting to go in hense the ecu being TAPED up haha.

ive seen a set of tinted rers with fog and reverse light the opposite so i might take the dive and hope :p if not ill get two reverse lights and ill sort some nice red fog lamps in the grill in the center of the bumper.

TOTAL TOTAL - £1022 much of this was spent in the last few weeksso not cheap! most of it was second hand like said so would be even more if you cant source it by fluke!

oh and i have a struttbrace i forgot about and im trying to get a pully and the exhaust will be another 230 i think!

i dont like to think about the costs though. and didnt really want to add it all up :p:p im sure ive missed things tbh
 
this is no track monster.. don't get me wrong, its nice and i like it lots. Engine wise its just as fiat should have made it in the first place.. If you want track monster you need more power, much more. 1.4 16v, or at least 1.2 16v. Or something completely different although most these projects seem to just disappear.
 
fitted the chip the other day with no noticable change as of yet, but it is already quicker, need to get a full exhaust sorted then ill be done with him.

is smoother through the revs bu that might be the engine aswell as the chip?
 
peeing..... more like jumping.

yeh unfortunatly the high milage and long motorways have taken a toll on him. the bonnet has a chip every inch at the most down to every few mm near the badge and the laqure is pretty much gone on the top of the front bumper and back of the wingmirrors.

i am getting him resprayed but as money allows. untill then i guess hes slightly rat look lol.
