need to undelete a file, i killed my Opera settings

Had a file on my desktop that i thought was just a backup of my bookmarks from old. it was called opera6.adr so i hard deleted it. now all my personal tabs and book marks have gone, so it must have been the main file opera uses to save every thing how do i get the file back?

ive used one off my laptop for now but it wasnt as upto date as my pc one was i was just a bookmark import export file, but has tabs info in it too.

no idea why it lives on my desktop though

the thing Shadeyman posted worked thanks, but then i fecked up buy putting it back on desk top over writing the one already there with out making a back up first, i should have just imported it i think, because nothing has changed

My future brother-in-law works in a phone shop. When people hand in thier old phones he removes the memory cards for me to wipe before they are resold.
