what it is, is that my m8 bought a little chip mod chip, and its meant to clip into that air inlet sensor, its probably not all that, but just wanted to try it out to see how the car reacts to it. thanks.

I dont have a clue but if the chip is one of those cheap ones off ebay and alike i wouldnt bother as the just trick the engine into adding more air (and petrol) thus boosting the power, maybe good for short term but youll be crying if your consumption goes through the roof especially on a 1.4!
