Need help valuing a Lancia...

ok so a Lancia Montecarlo has appeared outside the office a few days ago, and just seen one of the other guys that rents an office on the other side of the building putting a car cover over it, so went out to have a chat with him as he never appeared to be a car guy, and i was right! its his sisters and brother in laws, but his brother in law died earlier this year and the car was just sat in the garage taking up space so they moved it.

what i would like to know is the value of it, its a 77 R reg, with 44k miles genuine, in white and looks pretty damn tidy i must admit, there would appear to be some small cracks in the front bumper and some tape down the drivers side of the roof, guessing it has a leak or similar. interior is spotless, red leather, absolutley stunning in a retro 70's way :yum:

what i want to know is does anyone know how much they go for usually?

the guy is finding out how muuch his sister wants for it and then letting me know so if the price is right i could have a new toy...

am i right in thinking its a Beta montecarlo..?

Be careful though. I used to work with a guy who was a big noise in the Lancia Owners World.
He had a mint BETA VOLUMEX but it was a right money-pit. Looked the bollux mind you and sounded absolutely gorgeous

Its got leaks and needs bumper repairs after all. and possible a full service. plus, its an old lancia, so its gonna need more doing to it too.
Worst she can do is refuse, lol.
