I don't have access to an ePER at the moment due to my laptop being repaired(it fell off the roof of my Multiwagon :( ).

So can someone help me identify the black fuel box thing in this pic, if someone knows where I can purchase a second hand one I'd appreciate it.

ePER calls it a "Ducting" (ePER seems to call everything that doesn't translate well either a ducting or a sleeve).

eLEARN calls it a "Fuel Return Manifold". All the fuel return pipes connect to it before unused fuel is returned to the tank.

It's orderable from Fiat, or probably lots of them in breakers.

Is yours leaking? Mine appeared to be leaking a few years ago, (small puddle of diesel on top of it) but I removed and refitted some of the pipes and the leaking stopped.

Its my daughters 3 door JTD. I noticed a puddle of diesel on the floor after she had left the car running for about 5 minutes on my drive yesterday morning.

When I checked for a fuel leak I found diesel leaking from, what seemed to be a bad pipe connection. I gave the area a wipe with a cloth in the hope I could push the pipe back on and seat it better, perhaps curing the leak.

It snapped off in my hand. :(

Second hand part from a breakers is what I'm hoping to find but no luck yet.

I guess it had at some point been damaged some how and eventually the crack in the plastic had got bigger until the leak was very noticable(to everyone except my daughter. )

Just found this:

I have a similar part gone on my Fiat Doblo 2003 JTD 1.9, and can`t get the part anywhere. Ordered something similar from Fiat last week and they sent a door handle to the garage in a box with PIPE written on it.

picture is attached.

The plastic pipe on right hand side is missing/broken off.

I don`t know what they call this part, I think it is 55219218

Anyone know where I can get this part from please, I live in Scotland /UK?

Davren, I really wish that removing and refitting the pipes would do the trick. But I've suffered the same calamity as Shadeyman and snapped the vertical plastic tube clean off the manifold. So there's nothing to reconnect to!

Don't suppose anybody has one of these fuel return manifolds about do they please.
