My old clio, revamp!!

Ok so i am selling my old clio and it needs a total overhaul (been washed with a brush for the last 10 years)!!

First im going to have to t-cut her and then polish then wax, cos the swirls are quite bad.

But was wondering A:whats the best wax out there (long lasting)

B: the bumpers are really faded (like almost a light grey!! [from black]) and no amount of back to black will fix it. any suggestions?

and id use g3 and g10 mixed together on the paint work, then g10, then wax.

A hot air gun will bring the bumpers back to life, be careful not to burn the plastic though.
