Im not talking right now - when it comes to engine upgrade time...

The other choice is a Defender 90..

Imagine though a mk1 escort with uprated engine on throttle bodies...

Don't have to imagine, theres one in my village and I see i at least once a week :p

Golf wins it hands down for me, theres a fella round here that has one that you wouldnt believe is nearly identical to that, that low, those rms (amongst others as he seems to have a set for every day of the week) those lights and a badgeless grill, and also skirts like that. nothign else apart from that and the car stands out a mile. Best way, subtle and sleek (y)

It does look better doesn't it!!!!

just a few Q's
1) where did you get the front splitter, I had a looks at a few lagunas today and nothing looked like that, or is laguna the name of the manufacturer?

2) what width tyres can you get on teh abarth rims

3) you need some blacking gel on that rear apron, tis looking old and grey:slayer:

1: It's off a Renault Laguna, unsure which one tbh but at my local breakers they go quite quickly... paid £5

2: they are 185's - the 'barth alloys are 6" wide... you can probably get 195s on...

3: When the temperature is + I will spray the rubstrip and bottom thing with matt black paint... but it's too cold atm...

Looks the business, how much did you slam it? Where did you get it done or did you do it yourself, and what springs?

Just asking coz miss*virmin wants to get hers done :)

I was just about to post that beau. £16.50 is a bit steep. rather wait till one pops up locally, then I'll have it away in the middle of the night. must be quiet though, else I'll wake the owners:devil:

Oh, I think its the RT versions that get *that* splitter, although some have frogeye (LOL) foglamps and they seem not to have them.

anyway, I want a laguna RT local, whihc I can rape it for, in sunderland, tonight:cool:

Virmin - it's lowered 45mm front and back, on 14" wheels

it's an Apex kit (springs and dampers)

Dave - it's 45mm lower than standard - meh, what ya gonna do?

faster4_tec - the splitter is held on to the laguna with staples... just pull it down towards the floor (may need a screwdriver to lever it off)...(y)
