True euro style is all about simple delocked dehandled decluttered,fat wheels stretched tyres and decked,i`d try them without the arches first otherwise i think you might be confusing styles street racer/euro look,
Maybe a new ff stylee who knows?

yeah my plans for the car arent over the top.. i doubt ill get rid of the door handles but i wanna smooth the boot and get a badboy.. smooth all the bumpers but im still unsure of the design for the front

Hey bushboy have you still got that bonnet with the clio 16v vent in it if so put it on the cinq it will look well smart and if your going euro youve gotta get rid of the door handles and fuel cap to be totally smooth
