i had a real think about mk1's. you can't make em look anywhere near as good as mk2's... so the old banger/hippie/ratlook style looks great on it.. to me
it is still a very nicely designed car for it's time...

not sure if i posted this when it happened but i smashed my downpipe the other day dumping old oil at a recylcling plant... the high rubber speedbumps just wouldn't let my car go past... lots of wheelsppin and beached moments involved on entering and leaving the stupid place lol. Why make it so hard for people like me to recycle ?!
now i'm never recycling oil

anyways got a new downpipe (thanks to my gf at crayford motors BIG UP! lol)
it's a non-Fiat one... for the same model though (1.2, twin downpipe) and man it sounds totally different... soooooo much nicer, i was surprised... hopefully get loads of vids n pics at the southend end of summer cruise... yay no exhaust leak at ALL ! woop.

getting my shorter shocks and springs next month for my bday, should be going down 70mm at the front and 50mm at the rear, which is low enough for me

and you need to get like 3 or 4 sticker books and a loada random stickers, place them all over the panel (wing mirror, etc) so the original body colour cant be seen, and then clear lacquer over the top to stop them peeling

btw im going lakeside next saturday, wanna meet me down there?
ive heard its starting to get good again. used to be packed, but then the Five-0 killed it off... but its on its way back
was gonna go down 2nite but was at ozzfest

also, ill be at that southend cruise, 25th right?
