Epic... When is it being welded up? Im still on for my project, just having a delay and using that to collect parts. Be good to see how your doing the bay as it still looks like it will be tight to get the front half structual again :)

Excited to see the progress!

Yeh its going slow but bits and bats getting done going to do full alignment on weekend. Plus due to.the fact things are tight I'm going to make the engine mount into new frame. And working on intake flange using stock intake chopped it up other day looking close to right will upload pictures tomorrow (y)

Glad to hear both making progress both mad ideas :D. And as for welding have yet to order steel in making sure plan for frame will work first.

not on this car im afraid the blue one has had all of the attention new petrol tank and other bits and bats :( going to get that manifold machined at my old college one day i hope and designing engine mounts as well (y)

hopefully get more done on the car in the next week or so :)

glad to gear it ! ive been all over the place lol repairing headlights oil change and other errands :p

updates to come shortly starting a business at the moment but for the benefit of the forum of course :) cars under cover and nice and safe still developing intake and other bits and bats but all money is injected back into business for a couple of months but will be completed sooner with more cash flow :D

Right I'm back for an update i do apologies not going to be an un finished project (y) car as it stands is being emptied of accumulated crap . and will be continued in the coming weeks i promise :D. always go out in the garage and just kick myself for not getting into gear with it all but i have a good excuse (y) solo developing a 3d printer also followed by intensive work hours  but I'm glad to say 3d printer is almost ready for market so can get back into this project soon to be acquiring a cmc mill with a friend so no bodging anything all will be cnc cut (y) planned out the new front subframe just didn't upload that due to spending most of my evenings designing/probolem solving for both work and 3d jobby. also now own a
VW UP! of course being mr cento no stockery  coil overs nice wheels always turning heads :).

so in summery im not giving up never did but sometimes you haft to go with the bigger picture and to me thats the one that can fund and better I'mproove project like this :D.

Literally just read the first 10 pages or so, skipped to about 25-30 and constantly read to find still unfinished, absolutely gutted but on the other hand happy to see your still on here and still got it so will now be following the rest of the project :D good luck and get your arse in gear lol. :D

small tease :D not going for h22 anymore fiew Motorsport types came and had a look conclusion is way to tight to be practical. so not to be one to conform with norms going high boost turbo but Renault 5 gt turbo carb panda distributor metro turbo rule pressure regulator a combination a friend of mine ran on his polo to excellent results and he knows what he is talking about when it comes to turboing anything his day job is blowing cumins engines up

so new front end from a donor car and full refurb of everything (y)

will get more pictures tomorrow only one rust hole to fix :slayer:
