comes with slotted and vented disks and green stuff pads nearly new (y) disks are going to be skimmed and the calipers rebuilt and painted black in keeping with the sleeper look

and i thought i saw some uno turbo 13 inch compatible calipers but i was mistaken :( so i will haft to make do with punto mk1 14s steels to keep the stock look have them aswell (y)

Those look a little like the ones I pulled off Blue 2. I wonder.........

Punto steelies will be too narrow, methinks, to accept decent tyres. Bravo steelies in 6J?

dam you caught me out.. Nope legitimately purchased ;) there on the blue sei for now to get bedded in :yum:. and boy there an upgrade (y) didn't take to long to refurbish either. but things are close between the caliper and punto 14s  nothing a wheel spacer wont sort out though (y)

tidying the garage a tad more while the suns out
the green beast is looking more open to access now . update on the engine to frame im saving for it to be done professionally only 500 ish they do alsorts plus its just down the road :slayer: my mate at work said he could gas weld it but im not going to trust that to much

hear they are on the clean as hell sei :p

the arb rubs slightly when jacked up on full lock the tie rod end skims of the inner wheel weights ( replaces with adhesive ones ) so a 20 mm spacer wouldent go a miss but other than that its all good (y)

oh and i know about the jack leaning the wheel is under the rear wheel chocking it

surely the UnoT calipers can be found on something else, not something i ever looked into tbh but it would be so random if it was a single car application really.

If we are honest though, 13" wheels on this car will just be silly, i know you want to to look stock and stuff but i'd be considering stilo 15" steelies even with that engine in there.

so on free time i thought i would create a CAD file for the new intake flange for itb mounting so it was dark in garage (takes a while for bulbs to get warm) and grabbed a 3 layer gasket made a cad model of that with slightly thicker edges happy days. turns out that was exhaust manifold gasket  oh well so the gasket from the intake is broken up so the hole massive intake came inside  anyway after making half the model tonight (takes time not one equal distance between points  but got both manifold flanges in a auto cad file (y)

hear is the exhaust one

got a friend of a friend coming one weekend supposed to be amazing with a mig welder :worship: plus i have spare steel for plating and bracing from that rs4 subframe (y)

finally saved up enough to start buying in equipment for powder coating not cheap crappy stuff either :yum: so shouldn't be long until i can provide a service :D

so hear is the video of the removal :)

total weight loss 3.9 kg

oh and bit more waight loss  removed winders from the sei to put in this and the electric actuator from this is in the blue sei all wired up and working well may i add (y)
