Technical My Fan Dont work

Hey guys!

So far so good, But basically in my Punto my fan dont work on other speeds.. the dials wont change it? Any suggestions? It wont switch off I think its stuck on setting 1

Test fuse, relay and cables. Need some basic knowledge in autoelectrics which there are lots of vids on youtube for

Will an allen key undo the nuts? I think I have a set of keys but I thought i'd ask to be sure? I will have a look tomorrow thanks flisko! It seems the dial does a full 360 turn? so its defo broken..
