Hi all.

2008 120 Multijet Multipla.

I have a Blaupunkt cd head unit factory fitted. It is crap, to be honest. It skips but worst of all it sort of rattles in the dash. Its a direct replacement under warranty from Fiat cos the original one did exactly the same.

I am sure Fiat would just keep replacing them under warranty but sod it I'm going for a replacement. Want something with an Aux input (I think?) for an I-pod (even though I haven't got one yet and I don't know what one is.....)

Ok. So I've read a couple of posts below but I'll explain about my HU and we'll see where we go from there.

I have steering wheel controls and factory fitted Blutooth. I understand that a harness whatsit is available to allow the steering wheel controls to operate,
but here's the thing. What about the blutooth? It isn't 'blue and me' but a built in thing that operates by a couple of switches on the dash. It links to my Nokia 5800 no problem.

The questions are, will this blutooth operate on another HU? And where can I get the steering wheel control adaptor lead doodah thing?

I have taken a piccy to show what I have.

The green block connector is for the steering wheel controls. The blutooth connection I assume is made through the loom/ISO connector.

Hope this is all clear. Thanks in advance, Panda.
