Just finished building this

Incredibly more tricky and frustrating than working on the real thing

Now need to find a spot where the kids can touch it.....

Nice one, good fun to build but takes a fair old time to complete. Reckon it could be engine out and back in quicker than building the Lego model

The Lego came first and then when the car came up for sale, it was a no brainer!

Start very small then go a little bit bigger, love the light kit for the model. I ordered one last week and will get it fitted in the next days

Tis fairly cool, I normally have it in the living room on the fish tank and at night it looks well.
Be careful with the wiring, tis fairly fragile and there's a bit of routing with it.

Thanks for the heads up, I did a light kit into a Star Wars Lego helmet and it was very fragile and took a lot of care

Let’s see how I get on

Thanks
