At some stage in my B's previous life someone has managed to shear off the front bolt holding on the front arm of the coolant expansion tank and also on the other side the same has happened to the front nut holding on the fuse holder. To be fair as I am going round replacing most nuts and bolts with stainless I am finding that most of them are crap quality and normaly rusted up and made of something akin to chocolate!! The only problem with the ones described above is that they seem to be captive bolts coming from inside a box section part of the body to which I don't think I can gain access to drill them out and replace them!! Has anyone come across this problem and if so how did you overcome it? I am becoming paranoid about trying to undo anything despite copious quantities of WD40.
Cheers Steve

If you take a look at the recent thread about roll hoops, there is a guy there that posted about using a method that I cannot recall the name of which basically uses a captive nut added from the outside rather than trying to gain access elsewhere:)
