Looking at doing some mods. Are there any that anyone reccomends? Which coilovers are best?
Are there any decent ones for cheap. Old cliche.. I want good for cheap. Doesn't everyone?
No wrong, coil overs are adjustable so you can have it to what height you wantI would recommend gettin a decent pair of lowering springs. They give u a good drop. Bout 3 or 4 centimeters.
Coilovers give u more but chances r u wnt b able 2 load ur car without it rubbing.

If you are a bad driver you have to watch otherwise no problem!i know they are adjustable and i know u can pick ur own hight but the more u drop the more chances of rubbing. if u take ur car past 4 centermeters then ull constantly have to watch ur load for risk of rubbing.
so therefor i recomend a good set of springs instead![]()
BothWill lowering springs give you a harsher ride quality or not? Or put extra pressure on the shocks?

A stiffer ride would make your springs and shocks be under constant strain and much more prone to breaking, a softer ride shows you it's working, a stiffer ride is probably better in a full on race car not a Fiat on England's amazing quality roadsif u get a decent pair somethin like eibach then the ride will b ok.
u actually wud b better off with a stiffer ride than a soft one anyway.
these are designed to work with your existing shocks :slayer:![]()
Think i'd maybe go for coilovers over lowering spring to be honest, seems a more expensive way of doing it but i think i'd be safer with my shocks. Especially if my shocks are a bit worn as it is, not knowing whether they've been changed before after 78000 miles
Purposely picking out most expensive ones? Can easily get some for a quarter of the price which are good quality
