So, what's a reasonable price for a decent set of coilovers?

it depends how good u want to go.

Iv got a 1.9 multijet i personally would be lookin at spendig at least £500 on a set. yes as ben will say u can get cheaper ones that are ok but i wouldnt settle for nethin thats not the best as my kids travel in my car

people on here use the fks theres only a couple of ton i personally wouldnt go near them.

work out how much u want to spend/can afford then search n see wots on offer at your price range

You also asked bout other mods that would reccomend.
Again its all personal choice wot u like n dnt like.

My GP is black n im gettin the rear windows tinted. Dark tint so you cant see in. Also gettin my alloys powdercoated black. I have a set of 17inch fiat fork ones. Debage the front and wen my mates garage is up n runnin im debadgeing the back aswell :D Im tinting my rear lights so they blend in more with the colour of my car n last thing for now im gona get a set of abarth lights for the front. O n iv got a set of wind deflectors on (y):D:cool:

I'd like to put some evo lights on the back, they need to be adapted though don't they? Maybe a bit of a bigger exhaust. The active sport standard alloys really bore me, thinking of painting them black to match the car.

Colour car do you have? If I were you I would ignore the evo lights they look wrong on the GP, I would buy Abarth fronts and rear lights, buy some form of 17inch alloy, either Fiat or Abarth, get rear 3 windows tinted to 20% or factory, don't go limo looks bad! Remove door strips if you have any and please don't debadged the rear it looks wrong but getting rid of the word Punto is completely fine :)

It's black, do Abarth lights still need to be adapted? Window tint is a good idea aswell as is removing the 'punto'. Just want to make it look a bit meaner if you like.

Abarth lights do not need to be adapted as its the exact same car but beefed up and looks nicer it's a must on all GP's. possibly upgrade to red fiat badges and centre caps if you don't already. I would definitely get some white or silver alloys, Abarth do some white alloys which look boss on black cars :)

Might have to have a look at Abarth lights then and see how much they are. I wanted to do my alloys black but don't know if it will be a bit too much black with window tint and everything.

My alloys are silver/grey already but i'm bored of them already, just fancy a change
