The law is an unusual beast and does make rules that prevent you from tinting your front windows, though there's nothing to state the level of quality/light diffusion someone's sunglasses must meet.

But its unlikely that you will wear your sunglasses at night , you have no option if your windows are tinted

On a personal note, I for one prefer to be able to see clearly out of ALL my windows, regardless of time of day (or night)

First of all, I would say your Panda is a Dynamic with a pack. I bought my MJ new in 2005 and as luck would have it they had the colour I wanted with the wheels I wanted, the same as yours. They are identical to yours and were on the official FIAT options list. I also specced the side rubbing strips as fitted to the Eleganza.

Mine doesn't have the roof bars or A/C although it does have the accessory socket, it just doesn't have a cover.

Your seat material is different from mine but that's pretty much what I'd expect after 4 years of a model being in production by the time yours came out.

As for legality, remember two quotes that are almost the flip side of each other: Knowledge is power, and A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. It's not difficult to find out the relevant information from government websites or forums like this one.
