There's a brand new Garrett GT15 in the classified for £150, if it hasn't sold.

I have an IHI turbo, 41mm inducer bore. Needs rebuild, still trying to find a car to put it on..

geez thats very cheap for a new turbo.

I'd more likely buy a secondhand gt15 from a vauxhall frontera or a Saab disel and get a rebuild kit. Oddly enough theres a place within walking distance pretty much Europe's distrubutor for turbo rebuild kits :)

I have already a few parts such as an Uno intercooler and assorted pipework.

My only concern is in the fuelling department. I'd like to use a 5th injector but everybody see's it as the lazy ass approach to fuelling.

Do you definately need an aftermarket or standalone ECU/Fuelling programme to work a 5th injector?

I can't see how it would know when to fuel on boost without one, unless you rigged up some kind of manifold vacuum switch that was setup to turn the 5th injector on when the manifold vacuum was high when on boost.
