mk 2 uno turbo control

hi i have just brought a mk 2 fiat uno 1.4 turbo which has a standard turbo on my car has a k&n & samco hoses and a dunp valve i have just brought an adjustable boost control and was wondering if anybody knows what psi i can turn it up to but not have to worry about fryin the engine thanks
