Mjet Chattering noise help?

this is posted in the Grande section too.

Right I've had this car 3 weeks now and unfortionatly a problem has already rose.. (not happy!) the car is making a chatting/metalically noice once FULLY warmed up, it happens continously on idle and you can hear it drone once you get to 40mph then eases out after 60mph. the garage I've bought it from have had it back every week since it came trying to figure out what it is. so far they have checked/ replaced.

Altenator
Altenator/timing tensioner
waterpump
AUX belt and timing belt.

but there not having much luck so its off to the fiat garage next week to be diagnosed...
its really bothering me trying to find out what is it...
I've recorded this short video of the noise.. (not the best but you can hear it)

any help/advice would be great!

Does the noise change if you press the clutch pedal?
Is there the right amount of the correct oil in it?
How many miles?
Does the engine pull as it should?
