Technical Missing Fueses

Hi,

I have an issue with my Punto. The lights have a tendency to blow or sometimes when i use my indicators the break light and indicator flash at the back while the left head light tends to go on occasion. It seems there are some missing fuses and relays but not sure which ones to order.

If the missing fuses or relays were doing anything, they'd be there! They certainly don't account for your issues.

Lights issue is a classic poor earth.

Yep as above.

Sounds like an earthing problem. Strip the boot trim away and check the earth bolts.

Clean with sand paper and re tighten with copper grease.

Do you guys know how one goes about this or should i just take it to a pro?

you do it exactly as JR said.. nothing special about it, just undo them clean them and bolt them back up...

Could also be water damage inside the light clusters, they are easy to remove from the car, unclip the circuitry and check for damage/rusting. Again just clean it up and put back on the car.

Earth leads will be coloured black, just trace them back. A little silicone grease -- or vaseline at a pinch, keeps it from recurring.

Check the plugs on the back of clusters occasionally the pins need bending on the plug to give them a tight fit fit to prevent bad earthing it worked on mine
