Max for your OS is 3.5Gb.

The SB75G2 can only take upto 1GB per slot. Couldn't see an entry for SB85G2

Thanks for that i think i will upgrade to 2gb then, i hope this to be sufficient as i will mainly be using this pc for internet browsing, music downloads and playing music.

Also how much do you reckon this pc is worth?

2GB will be fine on that setup.

It is quite a old spec now, so not worth much - what do you think it is worth?

I hope its worth more then £140 as thats how much i have just paid for it.

Hmmm Sold AMD dual core 64 3800+ 2GB ram + ATI 3850AGP + 200GB/80GB HDDs but without OS for £120.

As long as you are happy with it...I wouldn't dwell on whether it is a good deal or not.

Tbh, shuttle PC's always cost more than standard towers, so I dont think it is THAT bad a deal, just not a bargain.
