General marea weekend td100 electrical prob ?

Hi guys
I have a 1999 td 100 and am expieriencing some problems with the elecrical / fuel injection system, when driving all of a sudden the rev counter starts to drop to zero and back up to current RPM eratically, this is accompanied by a loss in power and slightly lumpy running, then all is ok again, had fuel pump timing solenoid replaced about a year ago, any ideas would be much appreciated

Hi,

check LMM on Lucas pump or check one of the four injectors.
