Technical marea alarm proplem

my marea hlx estates alarm has stoped working as is the remote centrol locking tryed new batterys in key fob still no joy eny boddy now wots up ,is there a fuse i could be missing please help dont want some git nicking it its to much fun showing up boy racers cheers jimb0

does the red light on the key come on?

yes but the dash light the one in the center of the dash does not

got the car manual just shows how to program a key no effect

theres a 10amp fuse for alarm and remote control reciever control unit power

weres that hidden dont say in the fusebox checked fuses under steering wheel all ok

have you checked both sets of fuses

just looked in my book just blabs on about duplicate keys

hi i've got a 2.0hlx and mines doing the same how did you cure yours

hi scooby dont have a bloody clue checked all the usuall if you have eny joy let us know stuck at the moment ps did check all fuses all ok
