The way to look at that is if you can fit the 20v discs then you might as well fit the 305mm discs and Brembos from a Coupé as its a common upgrade :p

But unfortunately they dont fit on standard cars as the hubs are different. Im assuming yo have standard 257mm x 12mm solid discs, swapping to 257mm x 20mm vented is a straight swap, you need the calipers, carriers, discs and pads. It all bolts on :)

would i need spacers for the wheels

You would need to be running 16 inch wheels minimum to clear the Brembo's, easiest way would be coupe 20vt alloys.
for example 17" stilo blades need 18mm spacing to clear.

This modification unless I am very much mistaken will require master cylinder modification because brembo's will need more fluid to operate them,
and custom brackets to be fabricated for brembo calipers.

on an 80-100bhp car this upgrade is overkill. Discs need to get hot to work.

To put in perspective the brakes on my 1.4 renault modus are as good as the uprated very expensive ones on my coupe.

As stated, 305mm discs on an 80bhp car is totally pointless unless your towing tonnes of stuff and its a huge panel van, like the van below, which has 280mm discs all round for example

For your car, have a look at the link below :)

Best way to get uninsured too. (not to mention making you look like an idiot to most people here!)

All I will say is,

Insurance is there for the unseen things,
for example if someone pulled out of a side road on you and if there was a collision which were no fault of your own, your insurance would go mental and I suspect the police would too. ;)

WOAH! Who you insured with???

Give brentacre a call, they're a modified car specialist and don't charge extra premiums for cosmetic modifications like HID's and polys. They even agree a max bhp that you can tune up to before having to change the policy :)
