Implemented Make GUIDES more accessible

I cannot start a new GUIDE..

I could back in the PC DAYS..

But there is no 'new thread' tab in the Mobile variant.

Would many people write a guide on a phone though?

Maybe not..

But PC Mode is pretty awkward on a phone..
Thats what I have to do currently

OPEN a new thread..or 2.. in GUIDES via PC Mode

Then Back in MOB.
SO I can populate it on my phone.

Just takes a while... so probably enough to stop some people from bothering
