hi. I`am new here. I want to lower mu car because i put new tires (165/55 R13). can anybody tell me what kind of shocks are fitting. make and model

Cheapest way is to put Sporting springs and dampers on. After that, there's an Apex kit which costs around £200.

yep, a s/h set of Sporting springs & dampers is the cheapest route (I was lucky and got a set for free). Check the classified ads on here.
I still have the std skinny 145/70R13 size tyres too!!
