My vehicle is a 2005 Doblo 1.9 JTD MPV.

The crossmember that holds the intercooler and is lower mount for radiator, as well as ends of front bumper under wheel arches, is rusty on my car.

I'd like to replace this part with new but can't find a diagram which shows it so can't get a price nor parts number !

Question therefore can anyone either give me the part number or suggest where I can get access to a genuine type parts catalogue ?

Thanks.

Contacted Fiat main agent with part number only to find no longer available. Shocked however to be told last price they held showed part was over £300 !

These formed metal parts have a hard life..

Is it potentially salvageable?

Fabricating something similar may be far more cost effective,

Looking at Galvanised extrusion..
Like electrical trunking, or "unistrut"

May give you some potential options

77+29 EUR that seem to be a resonable price comparing to 300+ GBP at the dealer.

However I recommend checking on the company first.
I set myself a limit of £75 that it'd be willing to pay based on such a small and simple part so whilst 106 Euro is a big saving it's still more than I'm prepared to pay !

Mine is more than savable. It's rusty rather than rotten and I can sandblast - but thought buying new, if sensible price (and available), would be the lazy way out :) I was also considering having a new part galvanised
