Technical Lost reverse gear Bravo

Hi all,
I'm in need of some help.
Tried to put the car in reverse but it will not select, it goes into 6th.
I lift the reverse latch but there is no gear.
Is there any linkage external of the box or is it a internal Bromley.
Any help please.

I had this. Turned out the cable wire for the reverse gear had corroded and snapped. £300 for a new one ! :O

Hi found out its not the cable, its a broken bush in the box
