Lost Keys

Newbie needing help. I've got 2000 model 900cc Seicento with no keys, I've found a breaker with a lock set and keys but needed to know exactly what other parts I need to make it all work, is it just the ECU?

So I take it you've not got a CODE card..??,
even buying one from FIAT may work out cheaper ,
if you get the keys made and coded locally ("timpsons"=£40),
