Loose panel

I took delivery of my 124 at the end of March. Today I was putting a bag in the passenger side and I noticed that a panel wasn't quite flush with the adjoining panel. It also was a tiny bit loose compared with the other side. The panel I am talking about runs along the sill and rises behind the door. I also noticed that at the bottom of the panel a small rubber mud flap was partly detached. I reattached that without any bother.
I am not aware of anything that could have caused the panel to come loose so I assume that the car was delivered that way. Silly as it sounds I am not often around the nearside of the car so wouldn't have noticed.
What I am asking, as I live 50 miles from the dealer, is this likely to be a case of tighting a bolt or a more involved job?

More than likely to be a bolt,clip or both.
Also depends where the clip,bolt is which could be behind rear interior panel
