Technical Light 3rd gear?

Hi. I have a Fiat Grande Punto of the year 2009. About three months ago when coming back from work i mistakenly changed from 2nd to 3rd without pressing the clutch fully, so the gear grinded.. now I feel that the engagement of third gear has become lighter, as if its engagement doesn't require as much resistance as before. Does this indicate a problem with the syncs? Am I just overthinking? Would an actual problem with syncs or the rest of the transmission caused grinding instead of a " lighter engagement"?

Spend the energy saved by checking fluid levels( engine oil, coolant , brake fluid, screen wash, your coffee level) tyre pressures and condition.

Ok thanks. I thought it could have been because of a big transmission problem.

I think if anything was damaged, it would be more difficult to engage, or crunching every time. I'm sure it's fine

I thought that a damaged syncro or another component would have maybe led to such feeling.. i was quite scared
