General LHS Front washer jet disappeared...how to find part number?

The LHS washer jet on my 07 1.2 Dynamic stopped spraying water several days ago, and trying to solve the problem yesterday, I found that the small housing on top of the scuttle where the jets sit is still there, but the 3 jets inside it that spray the fluid are gone. Quite a surprise, I went out there brandishing a pin, only to find there were no jets to stick the pin into...

I'm sure they are only a couple of quid, but as a relatively recent owner, I have no idea how to find part numbers - is there a resource for Fiats where I can pop in my VIN and find the correct parts for my vehicle from the usual exploded diagrams?

Ordered some off ebay, 4 quid for a pair - will see how I get on and get the oem one from Partsworld-uk if the ebay ones are terrible.

I assume the old one iced up in the recent cold weather and split as the ice expanded, like the spray nozzle on our garden hose does if I forget to disconnect it prior to a cold spell..
