Technical Leak

Afternoon all

Im New and need some advice. My wife has the 7 seater 500L with the sunroof

In the boot above the strongest panel trim there is a leak dripping down from under the head lining onto the near side qtr panel boot trim by the window.

I've head the headlining down and looked and can't see anything obvious where the water is coming from. There is a lot of water coming in to the pit t the rear of the cars carpets are soaked and headlining is sagging and getting mouldy and a musty smell.

Any advice on where to look, what it could be and how I can fix.

Check the sunroof drains and clear them, Id say the drain on that side is either disconnected or is blocked.
