General Coolant leak on cold engine 500l 2013

Hi, I have a coolant but only seems to happen when engine has cooled. Changes the jubilee clip to make sure they are tight, pips runs from the radiator to the engine and leaks at the engine side. I assume the pipe is degraded and will need changing, sound right? Any idea what the part no would be? Thanks
