Th way i see it as long as you can mount a bracket high enough for the belt to run from and with that being fastened very securely Then yes.
The belt reel could be bolted into the boot floor space behind the seat then run up the back of the seat, A small recatangle might be needed to be cut into the parcel shelf to allow it to feed through, and a box around the actual belt in the rear to prevent anything from snagging on the belt,
I thought about doing this in my bravo as i really hate the middle belts,
In mine i figured welding a steel mounting piece onto the bar that goes across the rear of the seats and also screwing it to the rear of the seats with the hoop from the front drivers/passenger belt fastened on the end just between the headrest and seat.
