Ok, so what could be the problem?

Items to do might be check the O2 sensor waveforms to see what's happening and whether the two O2 sensor traces are too similar. At steady rpm pre cat O2 should oscillate and post cat O2 be fairly steady
See if there's freeze frame data for the fault code
Check for exhaust or cat leaks

Ok, no holes at the catalys. I clear the error and no errors in display. I have new sparkplugs an air filter. No error yet.

Any more ideas?
