Technical KW/HP engine power.

Hi,

Does anyone know the rated power outputs of the JTD 105, 110 and 115? I've just received the V5C for my Multi and maximum net power is given as 85 kW. The Model/Type on the form is MULTIPLA 115 ELX JTD. Just curious; the car runs fine..................... Jim.

Depends on your sense of humour But I've just done a check on a power comparison site, and 85kW comes as close to 114 bhp as makes no difference. All this metric ****e means that even on the V5C, we're getting power ratings in kW rather than bhp Why? When did you last see engine power advertised in kW?
