Original part number is 46795667

Behr - TI 155 88
EPS - 1.880.563
Gates - TH24888G1
KW - 580 563
Valeo - 820562
Vernet - TH6826.88J
Wahler - 410511.88D

Wise men say : the original one.
Compare prices, pick the middle-price

Mine has failed again. It is a bit of a pig to change. There was an old post on here about using an inline thermostat in top hose from a Citroën bx? Never an issue on 1.9 jtd, I wonder if part has changed.

I used Magneti Marelli thermostat (part number 352317101130) in top hose other a year ago, works like a charm

Disconnect upper thick pipe from thermostat and radiator, put inside the pipe the one part I mention above, this silver part inside pipe (the cooper part towards original thermostat). It could be pretty hard, but possible.
