One other thing that is rather weird: the two speedos are actually calibrated differently, in other words 170Kph is at noon on the Euro speedo, and 190Kph is at noon on the UK Speedo - does that mean that UK cars are faster?

Why do FIAT always complicate everything

Any other manufacturer would use the same mechanism, calibrated in the same way and just have a different set of decals for the dials.

This is how my imported b was 'bodged' - a new paper facia over the top, MPH shown clearly on the dial, total distance still in kilometres, which had to be explained for warranty claims!

Does mean that I have to get to 999,999 kilometres before it goes back to zero.

Sounds like a challenge to me.
