Technical Km status flashes and the heating panel does not work at all

Hi, I have a Fiat tipo year 2017 the status of Km is flashing and the panel does not light at all and there is no control of heating and air conditioning

The flashing millage indicates the computer has lost contact with one of the can modules

In the his case it would seem the climate control I'm.guessing with you Saying you can't control the temperature?
