General Are the Engine Blocks the same?

Do I understand correctly that the 95hp naturally aspirated engine is the same block as 120hp T-Jet apart from an additional turbo charger for the later?

Block is slightly higher on T-jet, but overall they are very similar. T-jet is part of the FIRE familly.
