Kit Car insurance

So, I'm thinking about buying a kit car. Got a few different ones in mind.

I don't turn 21 until May, and it seems that no kit car insurer wants to touch you unless you are 21.

Anybody any idea of a provider that will insure me??

It will be a daily driver. Not your typical caterfield setup before anybody says anything.
