Technical Key Warning Light - Help Please!

Just got to work, and noticed that there is a warning light on the dashboard that wont go off, its not there normally. It looks like a key, i cant find my handbook for the car so im not sure what it represents. Can anyone help?

The keys might need recoding at a cost of about £140.00 This has to be done by a Fiat dealership.
