Hi Sheerness,
Welcome to FF, hope you enjoy your stay!

if you only have a blue key then your only option is to attempt to get hold of a blank chip and get it cloned.

if you have a red key you can program other keys in with that iirc.

im not 100% sure of the ins and outs im sure somebody more clued up than myself will be along soon enough to set the record straight

in the mean time GUARD IT WITH YOUR LIFE ;)

you can't clone the transponders used in the Stilo - you will need to have them programmed with the unique secret code derived from the car's bodycomputer.
A good locksmith can read the contents of the bodycomputer and use this file for programming a working transponder for your car.

Ater that you can program the id of the transponder and the remote into the bodycomputer (can be done with FES /MES)

Stilo uses code 2 system, not code 1 with red / blue key setup :)

Personally I'd get one from main dealer. None remote spare about £140, remote about £185 iirc.

sorry for late reply,

I didn't find away to fix this,
however week or so ago the remote started working again for
a day or 2 and now back to square one again,
its so frustrating,
really don't have the money to go to fiat to get new fobs ect, i do have a 4 key pin code which was with the book when i bought it,
if i am going by my last car peugeot i would have to put diagnostic equipment on and reysic the fob, i don't have this for a fiat, would a peugeot/citron diagnostic kit work on my car if so what software would i need?

surely there is a a quick fix to get it working again by pressing pedels or holding a button down or something??

again any help would be fabulous

Regards.....

Sorry, we cant help with a remote at the moment, although we can supply a working spare key that will start the car.
