Seicento Key chip broken

Hello, the chip in the only key for the car is broken and the car won't start.
Will a lock smith be able to come out and programme a new one or something?
The cost?

A new chip can be programmed to the immobiliser without any issue. But not all auto locksmiths can do these. If your in my neck of the woods then I can do it for you. If your not and you can't find anyone local then I can still do it for you by return post.
