as above, and is it worthwhile with quicker spool up etc??

...now Bravo JTD :)

i think there is a nominal difference if thats the only mod you're thinking of doing.

A full straight through exhaust with a BMC CDA, stand alone custom mapped ECU... might make ur JTD slightly quicker than the rest..... but if your gonna spend all that money.. wheres the benifit of buying a slow smelly diesel in the 1st place???

I dunno if Lozz has a de-cat but his stainless zoost makes not a blind bit of difference... not even to the sound!!! still sounds like a tractor :)

If the powers that govern us get their way removing the catalytic converter would or even may now be an offence on a car that should have one. It would certainly be the case if you were paying cheaper road tax based on lower emissions of your engine with a cat fitted.
Don't.

the diesels are still well below the emissions limit with a decat pipe, i have looked into decat and manifold which i will prolly be getting ina few months, you will see very small power increases, but it is essential if you plan on doing further engine work (bigger turbo etc.) costwise i got quoted 350 for manifold and decat custom made

AS is said its worth it if your planning on doing further engine work, it is unlikely that you will get any extra gains, but you may unleash a few extra horses that are being restricted by the restrictive manifold

Lozz.. hows the clutch replacement going??

You do realise Lozz, you own the quickest JTD here!!!

Tommy K, from what we know he has the quickest JTD. But many stay quiet for various reasons. :)

cool cool. So do you know someone whose bravo is faster? I'd love to see a remapped 2.4 mJET engine dropped into a bravo. 250bhp no problem! yeehaaa!

welll the JTD 1.9 is still going strong.. thank goodness it's quick.. nearly ended up w/out a bravo 2night!!!

No.. the reason y lozz is quiet, is cos he doesn't realise just how quick his car is!!

He's never been down the 0-60 strip or sorted out his ideal gear change to get the most outta his car!

I'd still love to give Lozz a burn @ donny... but im afraid my title of quickest JTD may be lost :(

Being 2nd to Lozz tho isn't that bad ;)
