Can someone tell me where the location of the clutch master cylinder is on my 2003 JTD as I would like to check the level etc? Thanks.

The master cylinder is behind the pedal, but that won't help you checking the fluid level as it is actually shared with the brake system. So if the brake fluid level is fine, so is the clutch.
