Seen a lot of people struggle to obtain clutch master cylinders.

Last year I came across this issue with our 2006 f/l multijet.

I’d tried buying master cylinder from other vehicles as was on the vurge of giving up.

I’d used the part NO off the piston (I think) and believed that this Alfa Romeo LHD one would work that I’d found on market place based on looking very similar to the no longer obtainable Multipla one.

Part NO 804828

I’d ordered it and realised that minus the push rod they looked almost identical I’d removed the seals with the piston and spring.

That were the same as the ones removed off the Multipla.

A swap over had been made and once the system bled all was back in order

unfortunately I can’t confirm that the whole body fits and can be transferred as a complete unit.

However from what I can see it would be a very big job to carry out anyway and would only recommend transferring the seals, piston and spring only.

This year Im carrying out the same repair on my current 2002 pre-facelift.
